A LITTLE DIFFERENT TO THE NORM...
The existing pool area in this space was in need of an update. The brief from our clients was to reimagine the space and create something a little different to the norm. We took a risk and tried something new. By using decorative plywood and timber batten, we transformed the boundary fence into a giant artwork. The clients are ecstatic with the result which looks stunning, especially at night.
In addition to the feature fence, we designed a new sun deck and added raised deck platforms with pool jets around the pool, creating a contemporary outdoor lounging space. A newly created opportunity for entertaining includes a sunken fire pit, giving a more dynamic feel to the space whilst providing shelter from the elements and adding a different context for enjoying the space.
